Helpper

I got the chance to be at the front wheel development drive of Helpper.be, a social homecare project that wants to help people in need through the sharing economy in Belgium. I joined this startup as the first employee acting as their CTO.

My Role

As a CTO, I decided and helped create the first iteration of the web platform - primarily focused on backend. Next to that, I oversaw two freelance teams, one focused on UX and one focused on creating the frontend.

Outcome

After being offered a position at Microsoft as a new graduate, I decided to pursue my career in technology rather than the healthcare sector.
